This policy applies to subscriptions to Serial Letterhead purchased from M PRO 9 Pvt. Ltd. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscriptions
Serial Letterhead is sold as a subscription for the period shown in your quote or invoice (for example monthly or yearly). The subscription renews for the same period unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.
2. How to cancel
- Your organisation's admin can cancel by emailing or calling , at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- We will confirm the cancellation in writing. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Before the account closes, the admin can download the letter register (Excel/CSV) and letters. On request, we provide an export up to 30 days after the account ends.
3. Refunds
- Free demo and trial: no payment is taken, so no refund applies.
- Paid periods: fees for a period that has already started are generally not refundable, and we do not refund partly used months or years, except where this policy says otherwise, where required by law, or where agreed with us in writing.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment: if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the extra amount in full.
- Service not delivered: if we cannot set up or provide the Service you paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the part not delivered.
- Setup, customisation and training fees: these are not refundable once the work has started.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer to the account that paid, normally within 7–10 working days of approval. Bank or payment-gateway charges and taxes may be adjusted as permitted by law. A refund is shown on a credit note with GST adjusted where applicable.
5. Plan changes
You can upgrade at any time; the difference for the rest of the current period is invoiced. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal.
6. Suspension for non-payment
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date and a reminder, we may suspend access until it is paid. Your letters and records are not deleted during a suspension.
